Bridal Veil Falls State Scenic Viewpoint (Original)

Panda's Oregon Exploration Day was filled with one adventure after another. After traveling to Oregon to help scatter Mom's ashes, there was an extra day set aside for exploring before the journey home. There were plenty of beautiful places to visit, and Panda was especially excited about seeing waterfalls. There are many of them in the area.

At Bridal Veil Falls, Panda expected to spend most of the time admiring the rushing water. Instead, the adventure took a turn onto a loop trail that wandered away from the waterfalls. Panda followed along, but secretly thought the waterfalls were much more interesting than the trail.

Partway around the loop, Panda spotted a wooden post along the path. Since it looked like a good place for a photo, Panda climbed aboard and posed for the camera. The photo turned out nicely, although Panda couldn't help thinking that a picture with a waterfall would have been much more exciting. Still, every adventure deserves at least one photo.

Ironically, even though Panda posed on a post, there was never a post featuring Panda on the post. This photo was never shared and never appeared online.

After completing the loop, Panda continued exploring and eventually did get to see the waterfall she had been waiting for. Afterwards, it was back to the AirBnB for the evening. The next day, it was time to begin the drive home, bringing Oregon Exploration Day to an end.
